Release notes for June release

This version discontinues support for Internet Explorer 11. In Mobile Banking, you can now decide whether to activate your phone's LED light when scanning payments.

Discontinuation of support for IE11

As already announced, support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) is being discontinued with this release. From now on, you will have to use a more modern browser to access our e-banking. We recommend one of the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge (successor to IE11)
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari

Other changes

  • Adjusted forms on the website: As part of this release, the forms on the website have also been made more client-friendly and structured more clearly. The changes are of a visual nature and mainly affect the contact forms.
  • "Volatility & Sharpe ratio" page in Portfolio Analysis: Problem displaying field sizes has been fixed.

Button for LED scanning in Mobile Banking

Scan

In Mobile Banking, the LED light of your mobile device may be activated when you scan a payment slip or a QR-bill. The default setting for this function has been different on iOS and Android devices, however (iOS always off, Android always on). With this release, you can now decide for yourself whether the LED light should be switched on or off. You can make the selection using a new button in the scan view.

Advance notice for Android 8 users

We are continuously improving our Mobile Banking app. To make sure you can still benefit from our user-friendly design and up-to-date security standards, please upgrade to Android 9 or use a device with the Android 9 operating system. Starting in autumn 2021, our Mobile Banking app will no longer be available for Android 8.

Discontinuation of support for Android 7

As already announced in the March release notes, our Mobile Banking app will no longer support Android 7 starting in June 2021. If you are still using Android 7, please upgrade to a newer operating system (Android 9.0 or later).
