Deadlines for electronic payment orders: Payment orders must be received by 4.30 p.m. at the latest if they are to be executed the same day.

We send your vouchers to your electronic postbox as a PDF document. This includes account statements, debit and credit advices, securities, and portfolio statements. The documents are available in the electronic postbox for three years.
